The quality of the tea is directly dependent on the water used to brew it. We recommend using filtered water for the best results. For each cup of tea desired, use one teaspoon of the loose leaf tea. Pour 212°F water over the tea and allow it to steep for 4 to 5 minutes before removing the leaves. Then, simply relax and enjoy.
